The Delhi High Court on Friday issued notices to the Union of India, the Lok Sabha Speaker and the Election Commission on a petition filed by dismissed parliamentarian Lal Chandra Kol, challenging his expulsion from Parliament in the cash-for-query scam.
Justices Vijender Jain and Rekha [Images] Sharma asked the respondents to file their replies by February 16.
However, no notice was served to the P K Bansal Committee, which had probed the scam.
